We are seeking a Senior Wireless Network Engineer to join our clients EMEA team, focusing on high-density Wi-Fi solutions.
About the Role:
As a key member of the technical delivery team, you will work on all aspects of Wi-Fi, including:
- Design, Access Point/Controller testing, configuration, and documentation
- RF surveys, optimisation, and event-day testing
- Network integration, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4-7 components
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Wi-Fi performance
You will collaborate closely with major sports brands, venue owners, operators, and construction teams to ensure successful Wi-Fi deployment and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong expertise in 802.11 Wi-Fi standards and large-scale high-density Wi-Fi deployments (preferably in stadiums/arenas)
- Experience with Cisco, Extreme Networks, Aruba, and Juniper products
- Hands-on experience with RF design tools such as Ekahau and Hamina
- Proven ability to design, configure, and optimise complex wireless networks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Certifications:
- CWNA, CWDP, CCNP (Wireless), Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE)
