Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for drivers and depot operators, tailored to meet operational needs.
- Integrate safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and industry standards into all training materials.
- Design engaging, interactive training modules adaptable for diverse audiences and skill levels.
- Lead and manage training delivery across multiple batches to ensure consistency and quality.
- Track training progress, maintain adherence to timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective program execution through rigorous planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of training-related data and generate detailed reports for leadership.
- Present training metrics, actionable insights, and updates aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze training data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop strategies to enhance training delivery methods and optimize timelines while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Introduce innovative training techniques and industry best practices to improve program outcomes.
- Evaluate feedback to refine training materials and address evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized training solutions that meet specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and success.
- Provide consultative guidance and expert recommendations to support operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in instructional design, training management, or process improvement (Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or Six Sigma).
- 3+ Years of proven experience in developing and managing training programs, preferably in industries like autonomous driving, transportation, or technology operations
- Proven experience in the Technology Industry, using Learning Management systems, and digital tools for training delivery.
- 3+ Years of experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Tableau, or Power BI for reporting
