Rate: €30-€35 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes and detailed UI designs for key components on the platform including cross business unit solutions, marketing pages revamps
- Take ownership of final prototypes and documentation across multiple phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate on design style strategies, own key strategic questions, and drive the alignment of design approaches across various platforms
- Conduct user research, and iterate designs based on feedback from partners and internal teams
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing teams to align design output with project scope and business objectives
- Prepare detailed documentation, design wireframes, visual design and prototypes, research and testing reports
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a user experience (UX) designer, interaction designer, or similar role using React.
- An exceptional eye for pixel-perfect detail.
- Ability to produce high-fidelity (pixel-perfect) wireframes & design comps, rapidly with a propensity towards simplification.
- Must be process driven, possess strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail and have a solid understanding of user centered design principles.
- Mobile design and Design system experience preferable.
- Strong up-to-date body of work and online portfolio (this is a must-have).
- Portfolio/work samples must demonstrate experience creating great user-centered design solutions, wireframes and prototypes, always keeping the principles of accessibility in mind.
- Proven interpersonal skills, client relation skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency in Figma and Illustrator.
- A propensity to increase efficiency using Gen AI
