Job description
Our company, a global energy and utilities company are currently hiring for 20 x Sales Support & Customer Service Advisors to be responsible for processing all new and renewing business customer agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of new and existing client enquires via both phone and email.
- Supports the sales teams working towards ambitious goals to be the leading business energy and related services supplier.
- Manage all pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration requirements
- Securing and close contracts into the internal ordering system.
- Log, quote and accept a high volumes of energy contract queries (phone and email).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume sales or customer service role.
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills
- A passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on time
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.
- Utilities/Energy industry experience would be desirable but not essential.

- Location: Reading
- Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Contract Length: 9 month contract likely to be extend or become permanent (although not guaranteed)
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in the office
